Building a Pool in Mesa: What to Expect
Pools are permitted through the City of Mesa and we pull the permit as part of your build, then work to the City inspection sequence.
Two Mesa specifics worth knowing. First, Mesa covers an enormous area with very different housing stock, from 1960s ranch homes on generous lots to new build subdivisions. The age of your home matters more here than the zip code, because older properties often mean mature trees, original irrigation and utility runs that are not on any drawing.
Second, side yard access decides the schedule. Equipment has to reach the back, and on older Mesa lots with block walls and established landscaping that is the first thing we assess and the first thing we tell you about honestly.
